Centrally located in Brown Deer, this 51 unit project featured 4' frost walls and slab on grade as well as 10' concrete walls and a spancrete deck over the parking area. Walls are wood framed with wood floor and roof trusses. Exterior finishes include brick masonry and vinyl siding with an asphalt shingled roof.
